Good news!!!
Just wanted to let you know that I have completed several reviews of your Home Study Report and just today, have issued the notice of final approval to your social worker. Please check in with your home study agency for details on when copies of this final report will be released to you so that you may file with USCIS (along with the home study certificate of approval) and begin the sealing process for this dossier document.

HOORAY!! The next step is to wait for the certificate of approval to reach Charlie - which he will give us along with several copies of his home study report. As soon as we get that we will submit for immigration clearance!
